Mombasa governor says he is interested in 2022 presidency

After avoiding political spotlight for more than a month, outspoken Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho has said he will go for nothing short of the presidency in 2022.

The ODM deputy party leader said his team is enlisting people who will help him become the 5th president of the country.

He spoke at Treasury Square in Mombasa where he flagged off a five day road show that will traverse the entire county in preparation of World Malaria Day set for next week.

Governor Joho promised an all inclusive government that will thrive through equality of all citizens stating his main focus will be to empower the ordinary Kenyan if elected.
