Typhoon Tembin is on the verge of making landfall on Taiwan as a strong Category 3 typhoon with 125mph winds. Tembin is expected to weaken to a Category 2 storm as it passes, and then reintensify to Category 3 strength as it executes a loop. Interests in Taiwan will need to continue to monitor the storm after it passes over the island, as areas of the east coast could recieve typhoon strength winds for a second time in 4-5 days' time.
