Cyclone Haruna is weakening, thanks to an increase in wind shear and a decrease in sea temperature, and the storm is likely to dissipate as soon as tomorrow morning south of Mauritius. This will be the final update on the storm, unless the situation changes unexpectedly. Haruna has caused at least ten fatalities in Madagascar, and significant damage to southwestern communities.
