It took me quite some time to find the best eyeliner ever! This is Sensai - Kanebo and it comes with a pump. It is a very black eyeliner but unfortunately it is not waterproof. Nevertheless...it is my favorite product and I proclaim it THE BEST EYELINER IN THE WORLD.
