When I was learning how to do makeup video tutorials, I spent too much money on lighting. In this tutorial I will show you my studio and what three point lights I use to do my makeup videos. If you are a beginner, don't spend more than 150 pounds for four lights on Amazon. Two lights you need in front and two you will need to light the background. I am actually using just one to light the background, because I use LED lights. Learn about three point lighting and your videos will be great. I actually regret spending 1000 pounds on lights. I would be better off buying a few continuous softboxes and a diva ring light. But hey... From now on you will see some amazing makeup tutorials. Wait that I buy a new background and a few filters to change the colour of the back light, then the videos will be gorgeous to watch. I also need to do a nice intro and outro and buy a MAC with FinalCut Pro. This makeup business became too professional therefore I needed to higher my game. Too many girls doing makeup videos are financialy backed up by big cosmetic corporations so the society got used to an incredible quality.

I'll do another video like this where I will talk about the whole process, but let me first figure it all out!
