With my new mad video editing skills, I've tried to enhance a video of my commute in the morning when it's still night time. Also, I've tried to add a software speedometer/odometer thingy based on GPS data collected during the ride.

I must say, I'm not really happy with the quality of either: the camera I used just isn't any good at recording in the dark, and unless I'm riding at constant speed for a good while, the speedo is way off, and so is the fake odometer at the end of the ride. Still, it took me a while to figure all this out and render it, and it's different, so I'm posting it :)

I have one of these in-car cameras that I'm about to install permanently on the Quest, to silently record all my rides without any intervention on my part, that shoot pretty good videos at night. I'll try to post another video with that one. As for the speedo, I have another idea to record the actual speed from the wheel sensor - but more on that later, after I make the custom circuit and software I'm thinking of.
