This is my first Outlast 100% run, where you have to collect 31 documents and take 31 notes. You start with one document, which is the email that was sent to Miles regarding the asylum. 

The run doesn't have limitations on glitches, but biggest skips are not possible because the collectables are so evenly paced throught out the chapters.

This run was nowhere near perfect, but it's a good starting point for this category, that hasn't really had any serious runs done at least to my knowledge.
