When I first heard the Las Vegas traffic report on my trip out here I knew it that would be a nice plus when I moved out here. Coming the San Francisco Bay Area, where traffic is an unfortunate part of most people's daily lives, I have been pleasantly surprised with how minimal Las Vegas traffic is.

Fortunately in this young and growing city, there is enough room to continue the growth, which includes expanding freeways. There are some of the normal times of day when Las Vegas traffic is a bit of a hassle, such as the morning and evening commute during "normal working hours," but it isn't that bad. Fortunately out here we have a considerable amount of people who don't work those "normal hours" (like yours truly).

I know it may sound strange, but I love Las Vegas traffic. If you move here from a really small town, where traffic is non-existent, then Las Vegas traffic may seem like a lot, but if you're moving from any major metropolitan area (like I did), then you will be in heaven when you experience Las Vegas traffic for the first time.
