This trophy / achievement occurs during Act 2, mission 3. After you sneak through the park full of soliders you will enter a library, this is where the trophy / achievement starts. There are 6 snipers you have to kill in two sections, the first section is in the library and the second section is in the apartment building. 3 snipers in each area. If you get shot at all, just restart the checkpoint. If you manage to clear the first part without getting shot, the game will autosave when you reach the apartment. So you can restart checkpoint in the second area then.
