During the story you will reach an area called "Shanty Town", fight your way through until you reach the part with Graham. Now you'll have a lot of enemies in front of you throwing dynamite towards you. Look at the two at the front, these are the guys you want to focus your attention on to get the trophy. Wait until one of them lights a stick of dynamite then quickly shoot them with the shotgun. They will drop the dynamite and it will kill him and the guy next to him. If this doesn't work, restart the checkpoint and try again.
