This is a Japanese version of Teriyaki Chicken. It is quick to make and an American favorite. I make my own Teriyaki Sauce or you can buy the bottled variety if you wish. Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade 2 Tablespoons Sake 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 3 Tablespoons Mirin makes almost 1/2 cup sauce, enough for up to one pound of food Marinate chicken for 10 minutes. You can cook the marinade so that you can serve it over the cooked chicken. If you cannot find mirin, use 3 T of white or brown sugar as a substitute. Thank you for watching!
