How to make a Quiche with Leeks and Feta Cheese, it's good!
Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 or 2 leeks
1 cup light cream
3 or 4 large eggs
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon table salt
3 and 1/2 ounces feta cheese (100 grams)
freshly ground pepper if desired
