Orange Chicken - If you are one of those people (like me) who gets a craving for the sticky, icky, saucy orange chicken that is served in....well, let's face it, most Chinese restaurants outside of LA and New York then you will love this recipe. Why do I describe it like that? Well, this recipe is definitely an Americanized version of a very distant Chinese dish. But, this is the orange chicken that many of us have come to love including me and my family. You will notice that on a certain ingredient in the video ( you have to watch :) I put "*see note". So, the note on this is  - NO, they probably did not use that ingredient in ancient China, in fact, I'm sure of it. But, like I said, this is the Americanized version of a very old dish (called old peel chicken) that is super delicious and barely related :) Oh, also, I don't normally add garlic to this dish, but it does make a nice addition.
