Court loses Karua’s evidence in fresh case against Governor Waiguru

The High Court in Kerugoya appears to have lost evidence submitted by Martha Karua in her fresh case against the election of Governor Anne Waiguru. The Evidence was presented in a flash disk and a court receipt issued during filing of the fresh petition ordered by the court of appeal after Karua's first petition was struck out.
Ken Mijungu reports the fresh trial is now hingered on a receipt and video evidence that mysteriously disappeared from the court documents
