In a day when we are constantly told from unbelievers (and sometimes in our own churches) that "Faith" has nothing to do with real knowledge, the words and deeds of Jesus in Mark 2 and elsewhere overturn this idea. Jesus wanted us to "know" -- in the modst tangible and vivid sense -- the truth about God.
