What an awesome turnout! =) As I walked around with my husband, Kyle, I felt inspired, humbled and completely in awe at the amount of people who showed up to support the idea of gender equality.. in the words of Emma Watson, "I can't wait for this to be a thing of the past," but we're not there yet, we still have a ways to go.

The definition of feminism: the belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities.

Some ideas I have for after this march are to keep supporting Planned Parenthood & go to the UN Women's meetings that are held here in Los Angeles, CA. I'd also like to join the 'He for She' movement Emma Watson started a few years ago (I've already joined her feminist book club and LOVE it!).. just keep fighting for what's right. Talk to your state reps, keep being an activist!
I was also thinking of creating more short documentaries =)

Ellie Wiesel said, "The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference."
I think that's something I've feared for a while now, but you can't live by fear.

Let me know your thoughts in the comments!

I also loved seeing how many men showed up with signs that read, 'I'm with her' and their sign pointed in every direction or a sign that was similar to this. Feminism also liberates men from gender stereotypes
