A Thai-national housewife was arrested by the Malaysian Customs Department for possessing 2.2 kilogrammes of Methamphetamine, valued at RM121,000. 

She was detained at the Bukit Kayu Hitam Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security Complex in Kedah on December 16th after the baggage scanning machine at the pedestrian passageway detected a dubious image in her luggage.
