Impressionen meiner Reise im November 2015 durch Sri Lanka. In Rambukkana fand ich ein Elefanten Schutzgebiet und es war eine besondere Erfahrung, den Elefanten näher zu kommen. Die Millenium Organisation versucht Elefanten, die in Gefangenschaft leben, ein besseres Leben zu ermöglichen. Sie bieten inzwischen, anders als in 2015, für Touristen Dschungel Wanderungen mit Elefanten an in natürlicher Umgebung.

Impressions of my trip in November 2015 by Sri Lanka. In Rambukkana I found an elephant sanctuary and it was a special experience to get closer to the elephant. The Millennium Organization tries to help elephants living in captivity to live a better life. In the meantime, unlike in 2015, they offer tourist jungle treks with elephants in natural surroundings.
