Same but at 30fps. This is much smoother but way too fast. Unfortunately my DSLR does not have the option to record at less than 30fps or for more than about 20 minutes at a time. A go pro would probably be good enough for situations like this. Doing time lapses this long has to put stress on the mechanical shutter.
