The closing song of the Tourist Company's amazing performance at the Fortune Sound Club -part of the Showcase series of concerts put on by the Peak Performance Project. I loved the crowd chant at the end: "One More Song! One More Song!". This took place on October 9th 2014 and the Tourist Company was sandwiched between Jodi Pederson who kicked off the evening, and Shred Kelly who closed off the evening. Standing up in the front of the crowd, the energy was palpable and the band really rocked! This video was shot completely on the new iPhone 6 Plus (with optical image stabilization) and just the camera microphone. If you're listening on speakers or earphones that have bass, you'll be pretty impressed at the level of solid bass it picked up, and the fact that although the live volume was pretty ear-shattering, the microphone sensitivity of the phone managed to suppress it without sounding heavily compressed - a common failing on auto-level systems. Exposure lock and focus lock (two cool features on the iPhone's camera) ensured that the brightness didn't wildly fluctuate as stage spots shone in all directions. Oh iPhone 6 Plus - I love you :)
