South Sudan's capital Juba is without electricity. Government generators are run down which has left the city without a permanent power supply for close to four years. Individuals and businesses now have to use their own generators or rely on solar power. But that has had a significant impact on the capital's businesses. CGTN's Patrick Oyet reports from Juba.
