This fan was located in the bedroom at my uncle's house, and as of November 2015, this fan is in my collection. It has stencils on top of the blades. The bent blade caused it to wobble badly on high, but it still blows good amount of air. This fan is shown on all 3 speeds. Video of that fan with stencil blade side facing down, and balanced: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q78C6L2hf1Q
