This fan is located in the bedroom at my friend's house. It is controlled by a 3-speed Lutron Toggler. It runs quiet and wobble free. The capacitor may be bad as it doesn't spin as fast as the other Quiet Breeze II and doesn't move very much air. This fan is shown on all 3 wall control speeds and all 3 factory speeds.
