You can make something really special with just a few ingredients. 

Ingredients:
Ricotta cheese
ham 
stringy cheese
salt
shortcrust pastry
egg yolk

Preparation:
1.Mix together the ingredients for the filling and spread them over the shortcrust pastry in the shape of a triangle.
2.Slice the dough into 8 strips on both sides of the filling and braid them together. 
3.Brush with egg yolk and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
