In this episode of Trav's Fryer, I will demonstrate how to prepare and cook a lobster cheddar ale soup. This soup was inspired by two different types of soups infused into one. I have had lobster bisque or chowder and also I have had cheddar ale or beer cheese soup in many different restaurants and I love both so I myself felt why not put these two soups together to make one rich hearty soup. I use onions, seafood stock, lobster meat, potatoes, flour, milk, butter, an English Ale (Fuller's ESB) an English sharp cheddar cheese (Barber's) black pepper, kosher salt for this recipe.
