A bit of a rant here. Many of you have been wondering why I go to a university that teaches me to eat and promote an animal based diet, aka meat and dairy. Why do I attend lectures that preach nutrition dogma as opposed to what actually works; a plant based diet. Have been getting this a lot lately so here is a video.
