The computer giant, Microsoft, has filed a lawsuit against the US government, saying it is unconstitutional to prevent companies from telling their customers when federal agents have accessed their data. At the moment, the government can get that information from the cloud, secretly and force tech companies to remain silent about where, how and when these searches happen.
