Attending yet another Christian 'Alpha Course', I hear from the young pastor how sin corrupted mankind, resulting in the need for our Creator to send his Son to be tortured on a cross. Blood, it seems, is really, really important to God. Discussing the sermon in group sessions, I become increasingly narked with the whole bloody thing - and finally lose it.
