This is where this challenge gets interesting. She can use W-Laser up to three times per turn, so you can's just throw a Grenade and heal every other turn. In order to make it through this one, you need to get two turns in a row and that's dony by turning the battle speed all the way down and using a Speed Drink.

But then there's Stop. Stop on the lowest battle speed is VERY BAD, since it lasts for a very long time. Therefore, we must drain her MP so that she cannot cast it. The easiest way to do that is to let her use Stop on the first turn and make sure it misses. That happens very often, so it doesn't require too many restarts. Happened on the first attempt here. Then, you only have to use three Ghost Hands to make sure she doesn't have enough MP to cast Stop again.

Her not being able to cast Stop allows you to get many turns in a row when she should have cast it. Thanks to Haste, you get six turns in a row. That's not bad. I know I used Hi-Potions unnecessarily many times in the battle, but I'm not saving after the battle anyway, so it doesn't matter.
