So, I have been having a lot of Gastroparesis episodes. I am not calling them flares because I am staying in a constant flare and have never seen remission. I have had fistulas with Crohn's Disease, and 1 imparticular that just won't go away no matter what surgical approach is taken. This is a big reason why sex is so uncomfortable and painful for me.
