Damaged by wars, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, the most interesting section was the underground mosque used by the Sultan and his family. Long tunnels connected the Kraton with the Water Castle and coastline, 30 kilometers away. A torrential downpour while in the underground Mosque and then the sun came out again for more exploring.
