FAIRBORN, Ohio (WKRC) -- A convicted rapist and child killer is not eligible for parole.A judge Monday said Eugene Gall should not be given credit for the 16 years he served in Kentucky on other offenses and he should stay locked up for the rest of his life. Prosecutors say it's a victory for the families of Gall's victims who were kidnapped, raped, and murdered in several southwestern Ohio counties in the late 70's.The brother of one of those victims was elated to hear that the man who raped and killed his sister will not be getting out anytime soon.All of us were worried about it.  We were scared, not only for our own safety, but the safety of the community as a whole.  This is great news that he will not be up for parole for a long time.  He never needs to be set free.Gall will not be up for parole for another 8 years.
