Normal lab values are created using 90% of the population's blood levels. Do you want to be optimal or are you satisfied with being at the bottom rung of the normal reference range? Conventional medicine frequently dismisses people that are experiencing symptoms yet their labs are "within normal limits." Yes, it may be normal for someone else, but it might be deficienct or elevated for you. Your doctor should be open to treating the patient and their symptoms and not just their labs.
