Rachelle and I have both dealt with body image as athletes, and we think this is something that, fat, skinny, big, small, an athlete or a couch potato, can all relate to, on some level. It’s a big topic, and this is just the tip of the ice berg, however, we had to start somewhere. Let us know what you think about this topic, and how relevant it still is!
