Musicians - Why building your team is key to success! I have complete faith in everyone around me in my business life and in my musical life. The guys I get to work with inspire me and I trust them to get the job done in the best way possible. I wake up each day excited to work and go to every gig relaxed, knowing that as a band it will take something big to have a disaster. Do you feel the same about the people around you? If you are inspired by the people around you, if you're excited to be working on your band or project each day then you're doing something very right.
