Is your unsigned band building a fanbase in your local area? Are you gaining lots of followers? How are you looking after that fanbase? I'm not talking about updating them with pictures/videos. Here is a little strategy which will help your growth long term but simply looking after what you have now! As an unsigned band looking for a record deal you need to be treating your fans to extra special treatment, more so than what you do to look for new fans.
