Indian Masala Chaas – Spiced Buttermilk is an ideal summer drink made with curd, water and spices. It’s light on the stomach and refreshing too. This spiced buttermilk is the perfect way to cool your body during hot summer days. It’s also one of those summer drinks that you can make in advance and keep in refrigerator before serving. It’s such a favourite drink in Gujarat and one of the Must-Have dish in the menu in all wedding or ring ceremonies. I’ve used Yogurt and Water in equal portions to make Chaas, but you can change the measurement according to your liking.
