The power windows function when the ignition switch is placed in the ON position, and for a short time after the vehicle is turned off. The power is immediately canceled if the driver’s or passenger’s door is opened after the ignition switch is placed in the OFF position.

These switches located on the driver’s door panel allow the driver to open or close all windows.

There is also a switch on each door for the corresponding side window.

Your vehicle is equipped with Automatic windows. Push the switch down completely and release for the window to fully open. Pull the switch up to the highest position and release and the window will close automatically.

To stop the opening or closing of a window at any point, push or pull the switch in the opposite direction.

Press the window lock button to disable the power window switches on the passenger doors. To return power to these switches, press the window lock button a second time.

If a side window can no longer be closed fully, you may reset it with this initialization procedure.
● Place the ignition switch in the ON position.
● Close the door.
● Pull the switch for the side window you are resetting until it closes completely.
● Hold the switch in the closed position for an additional second.

If the window remains closed after you release the switch the window has been reset. If the side window opens slightly, repeat this procedure.

If the power window automatic function does not operate properly after performing the procedure, it is recommended you visit an INFINITI retailer for service.
