I-35 N/B & 122nd St - Near Miss

On the way home N/B I-35. I merge to the outside lane 3/4 of a mile South of 122nd St & I-35 N/B. At this intersection all lanes are dedicated, meaning there is no merging to do unless you don't want to take the Turnpike East or Westbound. I skip ahead to keep the video somewhat minimal, but you'll see the two cars on the on-ramp, the second car or last car decides it wants to merge without signalling and apparently, looking where it was going. I had to swerve and brake hard left to keep from hitting the car. Ironically there was an Oklahoma Sheriff's Deputy running speed on the overpass just beyond where this incident occurred. Would have been nice to see him/her set this guy/gal up with a citation or two.
