So you've had a huge turkey dinner and now you have a fridge full of leftover Christmas food. What to do with leftovers can be a problem once you've had the obligatory curry and endless turkey sandwiches. Why not try my Christmas Pizza? This pizza is very easy to make, and can be quite quick if you use a ready-made pizza crust. My pizza recipe combines shredded turkey with turkey gravy and cream as a saucy base. Then we have thin discs of sausagemeat stuffing and discs of brie with sage leaves. Finally, a scattering of port-infused cranberries and brussels sprout leaves add more flavour and colour.
