Yesterday it was on the way to becoming a typhoon, today Gaemi [Marce] is barely holding on to tropical storm status as it remains stalled off the Philippine coast. The storm is still expected to make landfall in Vietnam, south of Hue, but is now expected to strike at a low intensity. However, people on the coast of Vietnam should be prepared for whatever comes, as the storm may get its act together as it crosses the South China Sea. Stay tuned for more updates.
