I took a short drive from Hull over to Fort Paull. It's a volunteer run military museum with a bizarre, but fascinating mix of eras. The exhibits are displayed in the old fortified bunkers and cells, some of the waxworks look kinda familiar too. I'm pretty sure I saw Sarah Ferguson, David Bowie and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
It's a cheap day out at £6.50 per adult. They do cheap family tickets too.
