We Honor Veterans is a pioneering program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Empowering end-of-life care providers with the ability to serve those who served our country, the campaign provides the tools needed to address the unique needs of Veterans — who represent one in four dying Americans today.
