TRANSCRIPT:
Home Amenities for dads, which include the poker room and the basement bar are all the buzz across the nation and wouldn't you know it... celebrity dads are jumping on the bandwagon and doing the trend, BIG.

Hi, I'm Chad Rogers and this is my daughter, Starla, for Realtor.com's Celebrity Home News.

Mel Gibson, who recently coined himself "Octo-Mel", has both a tennis and basketball court at his home. Perfect for the celebrity of dad of 8 kids. He can have a pick-up game with fresh players for a tennis doubles match.

Hall of famer Troy Aikman can keep himself in tip-top shape by challenging his daughters to tennis matches or swim relays all on his 10,520 square-foot Dallas manse.

Man caves have evolved to man mansions and you can see the growing trend all across America.

Here's one of my listings in the Hollywood Hills. You get a full home theater, 12-person spa with an incredible view of the city, and a sauna. And if your dad is into music, Father's Day can be every day in his very own, personal DJ booth. Not bad for $10.9 million.

Whether your dad is a celebrity or just an average Joe, he deserves a space in the house dedicated just to him. I wonder what Starla is getting me for Father's Day?

Happy house hunting.
