In this video we have shared recipe of very delicious and melt in mouth pakode ki sabji. Usually we do eat pakoda but, we have made gravy style sabji of the pakoda. This is very simple to make and it goes great along with paratha or

BESAN 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLI (CHOPPED) 3 NOS.
ONION (CHOPPED) 1 NOS.
FRESH CORIANDER 2 TBSP
WATER AS REQUIRED
CAROM SEEDS 1/2 TSP
ASAFOETIDA (HING) 1/2 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER 1/2 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
MUSTARD OIL FOR FRYING

PAKODE KI SABZI
INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY
MUSTARD OIL 2 TBSP
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
GARLIC (CHOPPED) 2 TBSP
FRESH TOMATO PUREE 3 NOS.
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA 1/2 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
CURD (DAHI) 1/2 CUP
ASAFOETIDA (HING) 1/2 TSP
WATER 2 CUP
SALT TO TASTE
