The Flip Mino HD does not have optical zoom capability. Using an existing Raynox 2X telephoto conversion lens and a small sheet of aluminum flashing, I made this simple lens holders which can be clipped on to the Flip Mino HD or other kinds of small camcorder. You just need a tin snip, a pair of pliers and a small sheet of aluminum flashing (approx. 6" square) or other thin metal. Cut the adapter to size.Wear gloves so you don't cut yourself with the flashing. Do it the way you want to do it or use my example. There is no set way. Just leave room for the shutter button, on/off and the tripod hole in the bottom. Good luck
