The featured characters are unfortunately still with us after centuries. Their names are Conquest, War, Pestilence and Death. One only has to watch any news-show to see them. They’re on their way. The ultimate face of carnage comes at the last. Could he be the 5th Horseman? I suspect so, but please draw your own conclusions as to the name he'll be given in history.

BTW, the artwork here is exquisite but I can’t identify the artist! Any help?
