Julie Harris - A Goodbye

Julie Harris graced us with her presence for many years and was an amazing performer. She passed away on 8/24/2013 and was 87 years old. These clips are from one of her earlier appearances. The film is "East of Eden," and I highly recommend it. The music is the closing theme of this film and was composed by brilliant Leonard Rosenman; there are no speaking parts heard here. She won 5 Tony awards, 3 Emmys, and countless others. The other performers seen here are James Dean, Jo Van Fleet, Richard Davalos and Raymond Massey.
