Cosmo Life, a consulting company that specializes in providing clients with advice in adjusting electricity consumption and water rates is offering ECO PRO 21, a system that monitors electricity usage in real-time, as a response to the revision of the Electricity Enterprises Law in 1996. 

This system enables companies to analyze and to re-evaluate their energy consumption so that they can reduce the overall flat electricity rate. If a corporation is interested in energy conservation, the displays how much energy is being saved. Up to now, Cosmo Life has conducted over 1,000 analyses, and almost  in every case it has succeeded in motivating enterprises in taking a step towards conserving energy use in office buildings.
