March is a month of inspiration, of dreaming up new possibilities. Growth will surround us, as the Earth sprouts new life and renews itself, basking in the sun freed from winter's grasp. This newness can inspire us, too, to bring new energy via intentions, creativity, or change. Named after Mars, the god of war, March was traditionally the month in which wars, agriculture, and life resumed after months of winter’s cold. Today, it is the month of renewal, prompting us to look forward at the possibilities of new life and new beginnings. The March equinox introduces spring -- the perfect time to focus on what lies ahead. What do you hope to grow in the coming months? How will you shake off winter’s weight and breed possibility and creative potential? Find inspiration in the rebirth and revitalization occurring around you. Capitalize on the bright, sunny possibilities of spring. This ritual is intended to inspire you at the start of this wonderful season, this time of growth and renewal. Celebrate the coming of spring, the perfect time to awaken and immerse yourself in its exciting, vibrant energy.
